Peanut Roller, Perfect for all hard to reach muscles.

A Peanut Roller is a great self massage tool that is designed to get into those small muscles and specific areas that otherwise can be so hard to reach with your hands, as it also can be with other self massage tools.

With the shape of a peanut the space in between the two balls is designed for the spine so the spine doesn’t get under any pressure. The two balls, one at each side, are together with your own body weight supposed to put the pressure on the muscles on each side of your spine, these muscles are called Erector Spina.

Because of its design it is also perfect for another hard to reach muscle, the Piriformis, placed under your glutes. Other great details are that it weighs almost nothing, it’s small and so easy to carry along wherever you are going and where ever you want like to use it, and lastly it’s super easy to clean. This product is made in plastic material so you can easily use a damp rag to wipe it off with and then it’s ready to be used again.

If you are new to the product you can find a really informative section on how to use it, you’ll find this section on the front page in the text below all our products.

The most important advice here is to start using your Peanut Roller carefully on a softer surface before you put your body weight on your Roller to a harder surface, like the floor.

So if you haven’t tried out a Peanut Roller yet, we strongly recommend you to do so as we are sure you will not regret it. Great pain relief to a great price, that’s what a Peanut Roller is all about.
