If you are looking for a soft foam roller for massage or a yoga roller for your yoga, here you have it. Great rollers that comes in all different sizes that you possibly will need.
This soft foam roller fits you perfectly for you who want and who prefers a lighter pressure from the roller. It is also great for you who would like to use it as a yoga roller for exercise.
Don’t be fooled by the simplicity of this roller or of the affordable price. The variety is almost limitless depending on what roller size you choose, and it’s never wrong to get a great product to an equally great price, right?
If you are looking to use it as a massage roller the smaller roller fits smaller and hard to reach muscles, while the middle size roller works perfectly for your whole body. The larger soft foam roller is recommended for your legs or to use as a yoga foam roller.
The larger roller is also perfect to roll both legs at the same time if you want to. This will then distribute the pressure from your soft foam roller and your body weight to both legs instead to just one, creating a lighter pressure to the self treatment.
Because of its light material these rollers weigh practically nothing, making them very easy to bring along in your gym bay, to work or even in your suitcase when you are off to that weekend trip of yours.
