A really popular trigger point ball and definitely one of our best ones. This hard massage ball is great for all hard muscles and muscle knots. It will do an amazing job on your trigger points and all hard to reach muscles, we can guarantee you that it will not leave you disappointed.

A lot of our customers use it for their Glutes and for the hard to reach muscle placed under them, the Piriformis muscle. It’s also commonly used for muscles between the shoulder blades and inside them. Its actually great for all muscles no matter which ones you ever decide to use it for.

We also recommend you to try it out under your feet and for your muscles in the forearm, which actually is some of our own personal favorite areas to treat with this hard trigger point ball. As it’s so light and small it’s also super easy to carry along with you in your bag or even in your pocket if you prefer. Use it at home, at lunch break at work, on you weekend trip or after your workout at the gym etc.

If you’re totally new to a trigger point ball, start using it on a softer surface, like in your sofa or bed. This will not create such a deep pressure like if you where using it on a floor. Start slowly with up to 5-10 minutes a day to learn the technique and to see how your body reacts to using it.

Then if or when you feel ready for it you can start using it for longer sessions and if you would prefer a deeper pressure you can start using it when laying on the floor. A middle way here can also be to try it out against a wall when you’re standing up having your trigger point ball between the wall and your body.T
