Peanut Massage Roller
Here’s a really effective and affordable peanut massage roller that’s great for pain relief. Don’t get fooled by its simple design, we can guarantee you that it will find all those tensed and hard to reach muscles. The PVC material making it a perfect self massage tool for you who don’t like your treatment to be to deep tissue.
A peanut massage roller is originally designed to be used for your muscles next to your spine on each side, the Erector Spinae muscles. The space in between the two massage balls on the sides are where your spine shall be placed, leaving the spine without any pressure at all on it, exactly as it always should be. The massage balls on each end will then work the muscles beside your spine when you’re laying on your roller.
If you experience the pressure to be to deep you can also try using it against a wall, you’ll then have your peanut massage roller between your back and the wall while pressing against it.
Today this great self massage tool are also commonly used for the Piriformis muscle, placed under the Gluteus Maximus and which also is a muscle that’s really hard do reach. With your Peanut Massage Roller you will definitely not having a trouble finding it. It’s also a great self massage tool for your feet, here you can try to use it both when you’re sitting and also when you’re standing, to stand while using it will give you the deepest pressure.
Some other benefits about this great but still small roller is that it’s extremely light and almost doesn’t take any room at all. This makes it super easy to carry along with you in your bag or even in your pocket if you want to.
No matter if you want to use it at home, at your lunch break at work or even in your car, this will be a great help for your aching muscles. Why not get two at the same time, because we can guarantee you that you won’t be able to keep yours for yourself. This also makes it a really great gift to someone that you like.
